Manilva.- Commerce, led by Francisco Becerra, is studying the way in which the Council can expand the terrace area that hostelries may exploit, always in accordance with the health regulations established by the Government.

The established regulations include the restriction of 50% of the authorized capacity of the terraces, and maintaining a minimum safe distance of 2 metres between the tables or groups of tables.

Any establishment that wishes to open its terraces should contact the Commerce Department at 619 74 00 51 or by e-mail: in order to study the possibility of expanding the public area they are permitted to occupy, helping businesses to make the most of this opportunity, whilst maintaining the capacity restrictions of the terraces.
