This was put forward by Moreno during his appearance at the Palacio de San Telmo after participating by video in a meeting of the Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, with the regional Presidents to address the coronavirus health crisis.

The head of the Andalucian Executive has explained that the Junta will send its proposal for a plan of deconfinement in Andalucia to the Ministry of Health this Monday, a plan that will include proposals such as the opening of trade in general, including hairdressers and personal aesthetic establishments, starting 11th May and bars and restaurants from 25th May, as well as the celebration of funerals without a wake from 18th May.
The President of the regional government has demanded a plan for the progressive reopening of commerce with the possibility of advancing it "by zones and categories of establishments, with specific protection measures so that they can be used by the public with all the guarantees available to us."
